Chan Tha Gardens has now met it's target
sales for the 2009 building season. Many thanks to all our
Chan Tha Garden homeowners for telling their friends and
relatives about
Chan Tha Gardens.
We gladly welcome new neighbours and
homeowners to their soon to be built houses in CTG, on the
following lots: P49, H53, S44, H43 and S11.
We have only a small construction team
this year. Because we want to continue to do quality building,
and to also finish off some other work that needs to be
done,
we have factored this into our decision to limit building.
For those who are still interested in buying in
Chan Tha Gardens, we will resume our sale again in November,
2009.
